We stand behind the Skinlace™ Smooth Skin Patch with a 30-day guarantee. If you don't see a visible difference with consistent, correct use, we want to make it right.

30-Day Guarantee

If you've used the product consistently as directed and are not satisfied with your results, contact our team within 30 days of your delivery date at support@avenza.com with your order number for a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

How Refunds Are Processed

• Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

What's Not Covered

• Change-of-mind returns after the product has been used, outside the 30-day guarantee window
• Items damaged due to misuse
